BUSINESS PROGRAM


MARKETING PLAN, GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

This Business Program replaces all previous Business/Sales/Marketing Plans and Programs. 

There are four success plans for you to choose from in our Business Program, namely Distributor, Dealer, Limited Dealer, and Sub-Dealer.

DISTRIBUTOR (Agen Pengedar)

The BEST and most profitable way to make money with our sales commission circulars and catalogs is to become a Distributor. 

Any person, firm or company from anywhere can join in. You can distribute circulars using our name and address or your own name and address as in the ‘DROP-SHIP’ method.

As a Distributor, you will receive the highest sales commissions, biggest profits, greatest savings and maximum benefits. Distributor is for those who are serious about achieving success! 

Distributor is an annual business plan. The Distributor fee is only RM380 per year or US$100.

The Distributor fee is extremely LOW at the moment so it is a good time to join. Please join early because a price increase is due soon.

The Distributor makes money in many ways: 

  1. From the commissions on your personal sale of ALL products and services according to the “Distributor’s Rate” in the “Commissions Schedule” without you having to make any prior purchases of any products!

  2. From overriding bonuses on the sales made by your downline members in those circulars that support such payments through the networking or multi-level marketing system;

  3. From Bonuses on the sales of “Success and Achievement Plan A” or “Plan B” made by his customers for those programs;  

  4. From the sale of Dealer and Distributor. When your Dealers upgrade their memberships, the commissions automatically go to you; 

  5. From renewals of memberships every six months or annually so income is repeated;

DEALER (Agen Pemasaran)

Dealer is a RM190 per year Business Plan or US$65.

Any person, firm or company from anywhere in the world can distribute our sales circulars and earn commissions from sales as an independent Dealer. Do part-time work, get a full-time income.

You can distribute our circulars using our name and address, or, using your own name and address as in the ‘DROP-SHIP’ method.

The Dealer is eligible to earn sales commissions on sales of ALL products and services according to the “Dealer’s” rate in the “Commissions Schedule.” You can start earning commissions the same day you received your materials. No prior purchase of any items is needed before you can start earning commissions. Dealer is unlimited.

You also become eligible to receive discounts on ALL your purchases according to the “Dealer’s” rates in the “Commissions Schedule.” Money saved is money earned, indeed!

To become a Dealer, mail to us the “Order Form” giving your name, address, birth date, and phone number with RM190 or US$65 for the annual Dealer Fee. We will send you the complete Dealer Kit within a week.

If you want higher commissions, then join in as a "Distributor" to earn according to the “Distributor’s Rate” in the Commissions Schedule.

LIMITED DEALER (Agen Pemasaran Terhad)

A free Limited Dealer may be given whenever you purchase a product or service from us. This dealer is limited to the item or items you bought. If you have bought, say, book X, then you are a Limited Dealer for book X only, nothing else. Terms and conditions for a limited dealer are given in a separate instruction sheet for Limited Dealer.

SUB-DEALER (Agen Peniaga)

Sub-Dealer is a RM133.00 (US$35.00) postpaid a year business Plan. Any person, firm or company can join in.

Sub-Dealer is for the beginner in business since the sales commissions are less per sale than those for the Dealers and Distributors. As a Sub-Dealer, you will receive commissions according to the “Sub-Dealer's" rates in the “Commissions Schedule” which is typically less than half that of the "Dealer's Rate." Example, a sale of any of the 200 books in the series #9001 to #9200 will earn the Sub-Dealer a commission of 30% while the Dealer gets 50% (or 65% if you are a Distributor.) 

To qualify for a higher rate of commission for any item as stated under the “Dealer’s Rate” in our 'Commissions Schedule', the Sub-Dealer must either upgrade to Dealer (send RM190 / US$65 for one year Dealer), or purchase the particular item.

FLEXIBLE SUCCESS PLAN

The fee for ‘Success and Achievement I’ is payable monthly for Plan 22A, Plan 22, and Plan SA9. For Plan A/B, it is payable every six months. You must make the payment when it is due to receive the lessons, commissions, bonuses and all benefits as stated in the respective programs. If payment is overdue, your membership will lapse and all benefits suspended until the fees are paid. All fees paid are non-refundable.

This security measure allows us to monitor ALL your sales, compute your earnings, and send you your commission check at the end of the month whenever earnings are payable to you. 

THE ‘DROP-SHIP’ METHOD

This is the best method to use if you have your own business or want to proceed seriously in the business field. This method lets you know how much sales you are making since you are using your own name and address, instead of ours.

You are distributing our circulars and catalogs specially imprinted with your name and address in the “Mail to:” space. This is called the ‘drop-ship’ method of selling or ‘drop-shipping’. 

Here’s how it works. You distribute our circulars using your name and address. All orders will then go to you first. When you receive an order, you deduct your sales commission according to your membership status. If you are a ‘Distributor’ you deduct your discounts according the “Distributor’s Rate” in the COMMISSION SCHEDULE. 

If you are a Dealer you deduct your Dealer’s discount according to the “Dealer’s Rate.” After deducting your commission, you send the balance to us for fulfillment of the order.

Please include the full postage and handling costs as stated in each circular or we cannot fulfill the order. We will ship direct to your customer. 

If you do not deduct your commission yourself, we credit it to your account with us. Then, we’ll pay you the total amount at the end of the month.

We may include additional circulars with your customer’s order at no extra cost to you. After the first sale, your customers can order from you or direct from us. It will NOT make any difference to you because all repeat orders from your customers are counted as your sales and will earn you commissions if you are a valid member. 

We know who your customers are since their names are linked to your exclusive Account Number in our computer Data Base system.

You may have to comply with your country’s laws on doing business if you use YOUR name and address in our catalogs instead of using only your A/c. No.. Different states have different laws on mail order, direct sales and doing business. Find out what the laws in your State are.

THE PRIVACY METHOD

If you want to work privately and don’t want anyone to know about you, choose this method.

Here’s how it works. You write your A/c No. (Reference No.) in the circulars and then distribute them to your friends and others around the world. Every sale generated by your circulars (those bearing your A/c number) will earn you a sales commission which will be paid to you monthly.

You are distributing our circulars “as they are” without any changes except the inclusion of your A/c number. This way, no one will ever know who you are, where you live or work from. 

Distributing any commission circular with just your Account Number on it is the best and safest way for you to maintain your privacy. This absolutely foolproof system will ensure that you receive all commissions due to you every month. NO ONE will ever know where you live or work from unless you tell them  . . .  by putting your name and address on the circulars!

REPRINTING  OUR  CIRCULARS

When reprinting any of our circulars or catalogs, you must reprint it EXACTLY as it is with the inclusion of either your exclusive A/c Number or your name and address in the “Mail to:” space.

We would advise you NOT to show your name and address on the catalogs if you live in a state or country with very strict, restrictive, unfair or rigid laws on doing business by mail.

If you are unsure whether to use the “DROP-SHIP” method, that is, to show your name and address ... if you are doing this business part-time, or, if you don’t have a registered business, then we would advise you to distribute our circulars/catalogs showing ONLY your A/c. Number. 

Any other change to the circular is prohibited unless permission has been first obtained in writing from us. Any failure to comply with the above conditions is breach of Copyright Law and membership rules. When you reprint any catalog or circular, the copies must be of full size, neat and clean, without any unauthorized changes.

PHOTOCOPY & LASER C/R COPY

To order circulars in quantity of 10s, 100s, or 1,000s, follow the prices in our “PHOTOCOPY/PRINTING PRICE LIST.” 

Single camera-ready copies of all the circulars are also available.  

If you want the sharper ‘Laser c/ready’ copy at 300 dpi for any circular, the price is RM7.60 (US$2) for each A4-size (8.25" X 11.69") page.

 With the ‘Laser copy’, you can photocopy or reprint catalogs in any quantity in your town. You will get clearer reproductions using the ‘Laser copy.’

HOW TO DISTRIBUTE

All youth and adults worldwide are good prospects. There are thousands of prospects in your town, and millions in the world. Promote now before others in your area grab the sales away.

Here is how to make money with commission circulars this month. It is as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. PHOTOCOPY 300 or more copies of the selected circulars. Print or photocopy locally by the hundreds or thousands for the lowest cost or order them from us. The more you distribute, the more you will sell, and the more you will earn.

  2. DISTRIBUTE the circulars by hand or mail in your town, country, and worldwide. You can distribute them to anyone, anywhere, in any way.  No door-to-door or personal direct selling is needed. This is NOT a direct sales program.

MAKE MONEY. We pay you big sales commissions and bonuses on your personal sales and repeat orders from your customers. Earn big income from the repeat sales of your customers. We have many customers who spend hundreds or thousands a year on book purchases from us.

You can distribute circulars locally by: 

  1. putting it into the letter box of houses, flats, apartments, shops, and office buildings;

  2. placing it on bikes, cars, vans and vehicles;

  3. passing it out to the students as they are going in or out of their school, college or university; 

  4. handing it out to people on the streets or in bus stands, shopping centers, office buildings, post offices, stores, factories and shops; 

  5. passing it to all your friends and associates; and

  6. e-mail marketing and on the internet (countless possibilities!)

Distribute nationally/worldwide through: 

  1. direct mailings to names from a Mailing List; 

  2. classified ads in newspapers, magazines; 

  3. the Post Office advertising mail service; 

  4. co-op mailing and mail-insert programs;

  5. the ‘Print & Mail’ services in other countries; and

  6. e-mail marketing and on the internet (countless possibilities!).

RENEWALS AND TERMINATION

Distributor, Dealer or Sub-Dealer (Agen Peniaga) is a yearly or six-monthly plan. Every year, or every six months, you must send the Distributor, Dealer or Sub-Dealer fee before the expiry date to stay in our Business Program.  If we receive no payment from you on due date, your membership will lapse and all benefits during this period will be suspended, including the payment of any commission or bonus on any sale by you or any member in any Business or Sales Program.

If your membership payment is outstanding for two consecutive months, you lose your position in the Program. Your membership will end automatically, without any notice from us, and you will lose all your future earnings. To avoid this, remember to send your annual Distributor fee (RM380 / US$100), Dealer fee (RM190 / US$65) or Sub-Dealer (Agen Peniaga) fee (RM133 / US$35) before the expiry date. 

In case of a termination, all contractual liabilities of either parties shall cease except for any amount due to each up to termination date.

You can rejoin the Business Program at any time you like, even after a termination. Just send your payment for the Distributor, Dealer or Sub-Dealer to us and you are back in the Program. However, you may have to use a new Account Number and start on a new position.

COMMISSIONS & BONUSES

The commissions payable to you are calculated according to the rates in the COMMISSIONS SCHEDULE and your membership status, whether you are a valid Distributor, Dealer, Limited Dealer, or Sub-Dealer. It is highest for Distributors, lower for Dealers, and, the lowest for Sub-Dealers. 

Commissions are payable only to valid Sub-Dealers, Dealers and Distributors in the Program. To qualify for any commission, bonus or benefit, your membership in the Program must be a valid and continuously maintained one.

All your earnings are based on your personal sales, including reorders from customers. No sale means no money. There is no sales quota.

We pay commissions monthly (if you have not already deducted yours under the preferred ‘Drop-shipment’ method) when the amount due reaches a minimum level of RM76 or US$20.00. Any amount less than that is carried forward to become payable only whenever the level is reached to avoid heavy bank transaction charges.

STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT

At the end of the month, your earnings are computed and paid by check/cheque one week after the end of any Money Back Guarantee period which commences upon the customer’s receipt of the item. Statements are given when earnings are payable upon reaching the minimum level of RM76.00 (US$20.00). A processing fee of 10% or a minimum of RM7.60 / US$2 is charged for each Statement issued whether or not at your request. 

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For immediate postal delivery, send Postal Orders, Money Order, Check/Cheque, or Bank Draft in “RM” (Ringgit Malaysia) (also known as "MYR" - Malaysian Ringgit currency) only.  Do NOT ‘cross’ your payments with “A/c Payee Only” or any way or the delivery of your order will be delayed.

  2. DELIVERY: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours by Courier Service, Express Mail, Pos Ekspres, Poslaju, First or Second Class Mail or Airmail. Custom orders involving specialized personal or business services take a longer time naturally.

  3. FOREIGN orders. If you are sending payment in US$ or UK£, follow the equivalent US$ or UK£ prices for the item in each individual circular, flyer or catalog.

  4. PRIORITY: We process your orders within 24 hours when you pay for your order with ‘uncrossed’ Postal Orders, Money Order, or Cash money.

  5. Remember to ADD the correct Airmail  postage.

  6. Please check and recheck all details. Note: incomplete details can delay the delivery.

  7. Do NOT send any foreign personal or company check as international bank charges are prohibitive (RM35).

  8. ADJUSTMENT: Order in confidence. If you overpay us, we issue you a Credit Memo. If you underpay, we will issue a Debit Memo, delay delivery, or adjust your order accordingly.

 

CASH ORDERS

 

CAUTION. Do not send cash by mail if you are in Malaysia or Singapore or Brunei. Use the Postal Orders or Money Order of Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei.

 

CAUTION. If you are in a foreign country and want to send cash, here are some tips. Break up your order into several smaller orders. Send only very small amounts in different envelopes. Pack or hide the cash with other documents or carbon paper. Letter theft is a common phenomenon worldwide.

 

Remember, it is dangerous to send cash by mail and may be against postal regulations. You do so at your own risk.

 

Better still, send payment by Western Union, available at many post offices, banks, airports, railway stations worldwide.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Almost all shipments and deliveries are through the postal system or courier service. Those that are downloadable from our web site or deliverable by e-mail are done through the internet. 

Different products and services will have different delivery times. Delivery times may also depend on your address and payment method.

We inform you by e-mail or S.M.S. on your mobile phone whenever we ship your order by domestic or international courier service or express mail or whenever appropriate.

Domestic courier delivery takes 1-3 days, depending on your location. Delivery within the town areas of Malaysia usually takes only 1 day to reach you.  International courier delivery takes 2-7 days depending on your country and location.

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for delivery by postal mail in Malaysia, and 1-4 weeks in other countries due to the in-transit time of your order and the shipment itself or the delivery as stated in our catalogs. You will be informed of any delay.

Delivery over the internet for downloadable or e-mail products may be instantaneous or within 24 hours, depending on bank clearance of the credit card payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to delete, amend, vary, add or make alterations to the current marketing plan, pricing, rules, terms, conditions, regulations, and anything connected with the Business or Sales Program from time to time without any notice and for any reason. 

GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS

All books sold at retail prices are sold under a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in good resalable condition within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

No guarantee, express or implied, is given for any goods or services in catalogs unless it is stated accordingly in their respective catalogs or pages.

No refund is available for postage & handling costs, catalogs and sales aids, special offers and promotion items sold at wholesale prices or in wholesale quantities.

All sales are final for downloadable products and e-books. All sales are final for e-mail addresses CDs, including the Malaysia Email CD, Singapore Email CD, USA Email CD, 63 Million Email CD, 14 Million Email CD, 50 Million Email CD, 30 Million Email CD, and 40 Million Email CD, and all sales of targeted and general email addresses.

All sales of email addresses, software and similar intangible products and services are final. Intangible products are easily copied and abused so all sales are final for such items. No refund is possible for such information products. This is a worldwide trend. However, we can exchange the CD-ROM if it is defective (cannot be read by the CD-ROM drive).

When you buy our email lists or CDs, you are given the Resell Rights to them. You own them and can use them as often as you wish. You can resell them to others and keep all the profits. There are no limitations of your usage unless specified otherwise for each product. 

No refund is possible on custom orders or services or customized books since such customized items are not resalable to others. Besides, all custom orders are executed on a 'Print On Demand' basis and no stocks are kept by us. Many have worked hard to fulfill your orders and any cancellation of an order would be unjustifiable. 

OLD PRICES AND CATALOGS

You may distribute all printed catalogs and circulars, including old ones. You may take advantage of the lower prices in the old catalogs but we reserve the right to apply the current 'terms and conditions of sale' to all sales/purchases.

While older catalogs may give a guarantee or certain bonus items, we reserve the right to supply the goods without any guarantee or bonus items if current prices or business conditions are too costly or prohibitive.

Rest assured, however, that we have a policy of trying our best to satisfy and complete each individual order even if it comes from an old outdated catalog.

PURCHASE DISCOUNTS

BIG discounts are given for your purchases.

Here is how to calculate your discount when you make purchases. If a book, say, “How to Borrow Your Way to Real Estate Riches” (#1784) costs US$10 at retail, then you only have to send US$10 - 25% + Postage (if you are a Sub-Dealer) or - 35% (if you are a regular Dealer) or - 65% (if you are a Distributor). Thus, if you are a Distributor, the amount to send will be US$3.50 + postage. If you are a Dealer, the amount to send will be US$6.50 + postage.

LOWEST PRICES

The Selling Prices for products are net retail ones. Most of our books are priced less than their cover prices.

After deducting your commissions under the “Dealers” or “Distributor’s Rate” your prices will be lowest wholesale prices, often lower than what most mail order dealers or shops can offer you.

We will meet or beat anyone's prices.

NO SPAMMING POLICY

There is a strict No Spamming policy. Due to ongoing controversy over unsolicited e-mail or SPAM, you are not allowed to promote our products or services or website or URL through any unsolicited email.
