Attorney Samuel G. Kling provides simple, lucid answers to the many questions people ask their lawyers about wills.

Learn how to make a will, what to leave and how to leave it, and how to change or revoke a will. Also discusses probates and trusts. Everything you need to know to make your own will the same day.

Your Will and What To Do About It  is the latest in a series of books the author has written interpreting and simplifying law for the layman and is in some ways the most important. Your will is a momentous document. By means of it you leave instructions for disposing of your property after you're gone.

The aim of this book is to provide simple, lucid answers to the many questions people ask about wills, and it has general applicability throughout the United States.

To this end the text defines many of the key terms used in wills and their administration, discusses at some length the importance of wills, describes who gets what if you leave no will, answers the question of whether or not you should write your own will and under what circumstances, lists some of the important duties of executors, and offers some practical suggestions on what to leave and how to leave it.

In addition, the book describes the role of trusts and trustees, illustrates how to revoke or change your will, discusses the meaning of probate, explains how an estate is distributed or settled, how long it takes, and what it costs.

If Your Will and What To Do About It  sheds some light for the layman on the dark areas of wills and probate, the aim of the author will be realized.
