question of whether or not you should write your own will and under
what circumstances, lists some of the important duties of executors,
and offers some practical suggestions on what to leave and how to
leave it.
In addition, the book describes the role of trusts and trustees,
illustrates how to revoke or change your will, discusses the meaning
of probate, explains how an estate is distributed or settled, how
long it takes, and what it costs.
If Your Will and What To Do About It sheds some light for
the layman on the dark areas of wills and probate, the aim of the
author will be realized.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born February 4, 1910, SAMUEL G. KUNG has practiced law in Baltimore
for more than thirty-seven years and is one of the nation's foremost
interpreters of law for the layman. He has contributed numerous
articles to Better Homes and Gardens, Family Weekly, Look, Parade,
McCall's, and Cosmopolitan, and written book reviews for the New
York Times and the late, lamented New York Herald Tribune. For eight
years he wrote a daily, nationally syndicated, newspaper column
which was printed in more than fifty-five newspapers throughout the
nation.
In addition, Mr. Kling has directed the award winning "Crime Clinic"
radio program over the Mutual Broadcasting System and has been
Consultant both to the Federal Prison Bureau of the U. S. Department
of Justice and to the former Federal Prison Industries
Reorganization Administration, under Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Besides Your Will and What To Do About It Mr. Kling has
written a number of other books explaining law to the layman, most
notably Your Legal Advisor, Sexual Behavior and the Law, The Legal
Encyclopedia and Dictionary, The Complete Guide to Everyday Law, and
The Complete Guide to Divorce. Mr. Kling has also contributed legal
articles to the Encyclopedia Americana.
