If you are ordering online or by mail for any book, tape, audio-book, CD, report, manual, service or any item that needs to be sent/shipped by mail/post/courier, please follow the instructions below.

1. We accept payments by any Money Order or International Money Order that is payable through a Post Office in Malaysia. Tel: +6017-8705831 / WHATSAPP +60178705831 Ask your local Post Office. If it can issue a Money Order that is payable in "RM" (or MYR - Malaysian Ringgit) in Malaysia, we can use it. This includes almost all countries.

2. We also accept payments by any Postal Order that is payable in a Post Office in Malaysia. Tel: +6017-8705831 / WHATSAPP +60178705831 This includes the Postal Orders of Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom, England, the British Commonwealth countries, and other countries.

3. Other than Postal Orders and Money Order, we also accept Bank Draft, International Demand Draft, Banker's Checks, Bankers Cheques, Cash, Local Malaysian Cheques, and any other payment instrument that is drawn on a Bank or Post Office in Malaysia. Tel: +6017-8705831 / WHATSAPP +60178705831

4. One of the best, safest and cheapest way to make payments is to bank-in the money into our bank account. You can bank-in from inside the bank or outside the bank through the ATM machines, Cash Bank-In Machine, Cheque Bank-In Machine, and online internet banking.

5. You can bank in at any of our bank's branches nationwide and worldwide or through any other Malaysian or International Bank using inter-bank GIRO fund transfer.

6. We also accept payment by Western Union, Banker Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Wire, and Direct Bank-In. If you are paying by direct bank-in, follow the additional instructions below.

7. To send money by Western Union, visit a Post Office, bank, railway station, airport or agent with a Western Union. Complete the "To Send Money" form. Hand in the form and collect your receipt and the Money Transfer Control Number. Next, inform us by SMS, telephone, fax or email the details of your order, your name and address, the amount sent, the transaction reference number. Normally, the payment would be received within 1-2 days and the item can be shipped to you promptly.

8. Your order is processed same day received when you enclose full payment by Postal Orders/Money Order/Bank Draft/Cash/ or other payment instrument that is drawn on a Bank or Post Office in Malaysia. Tel: +6017-8705831 / WHATSAPP +60178705831

9. If you pay by any Malaysian personal or company cheque/check, your order will be delayed by 1 - 3 weeks or until the cheque is cleared.

10. We do not accept any foreign cheques or checks unless a minimum banking charge of US$20 is included in the order amount and you are willing to wait 2-3 months for bank clearance. Sorry.

11. All foreign Money Order/Postal Order/Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque/Bankers Check/Demand Draft that is NOT drawn on a Bank or Post Office in Malaysia must include at least an additional RM57.00 (US$15.00) for international bank charges. If you send Singapore Postal Orders/Brunei Postal Orders that are 'crossed' you should add US$5 (RM19.00) as additional bank charges. Thus, do not send any Singapore Postal Order/Brunei Postal Order that is 'crossed' in any way.

12. To avoid prohibitive inter-bank charges and to save money, you should send only the Postal Orders/Money Order/Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque that is payable through a bank or post office in Malaysia, and not some other country.

13. When sending payments by mail, please write your name and order (just write the catalog # will do!) on the back of your Postal Orders/Money Order/Bank Draft/Cheque or Check.

14. To ensure immediate processing of your order, please follow the Payment Instructions carefully.

1. There is no minimum order.

2. It is dangerous to send cash by mail and we are responsible for any losses. It may be practical to send a few dollars by mail but anything more than that should be paid through Postal Orders, Money Order, Cheque, Check, Bank Draft, Bank Wire, or Direct Bank-in.

3. You can order from us in any way convenient to you. By online payment, by mail, by fax, by e-mail, by telephone. You can send your order using our ORDER FORM or on any piece of paper. Letters and e-mails are welcomed. Photocopied and fax orders are acceptable. 

4. Order in confidence. Any overpayment in your order is credited into your account or a Credit Note given. Any deficiency or underpayment is debited to your account or a Debit Note given. 

5. Please include full payment with your order. Any shortage in payment may cause the delivery to be delayed or the delivery may be for that part of your order where payment is sufficient. In other words, your order may be adjusted accordingly if your payment is not enough.

6. Please check all details in your ORDER FORM before mailing it to us. Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delayed orders.

1. We accept bank wire or direct bank-in payments into our bank account from inside the bank or through the ATM machine, Cash Bank-In Machine, Cheque/Check Bank-In Machine or Internet Banking.

2. If you choose to pay by bank wire, direct bank-in or any form of bank-in, please phone or e-mail us for the Account Number of our bank which has branches and representatives throughout the world.

3. After you have completed the bank-in or pay-in at the bank, please mail the ORIGINAL bank-in slip/payment slip/pay-in slip to us together with the order details. Your order will be processed same day received. All new customers should mail or post their original bank-in slip to us with the order details.

4. If you are a REGULAR customer in good standing with us, we can accept a scanned copy of the bank-in/payment slip by Email or Fax. 

5. Whether you are a new or old customer, after you have send your payment or order, it is a good idea to send a S.M.S. 6. If you are paying through Express/Telegraphic Money Order, you MUST inform us of the payment reference number by SMS, telephone, letter or email so that we can check with the Post Office for your payment. 7. Please note that you may incur additional bank charges for bank wire payment.

1. Delivery of your order may be via First, Second, or Fourth Class Surface Mail, Express Mail, Global Priority Mail, Air Courier, Domestic Courier or Air Mail as the case may be.

2. If you want delivery by Registered Mail, add RM3.50

3. If you want delivery by insured mail, add additional payment.

4. Which method of delivery is applicable to your order depends on the amount that you have included in your order for shipping or postage & handling.

5. If you have included Air Mail postage or if there is sufficient postage for Air Mail, we will ship to you by Air Mail. 

6. If you have included postage for only surface or ordinary mail, we will send your order by surface or ordinary mail.

7. If postage is insufficient, we will inform you to send additional payment.

8. If the deficient amount is not substantial in relation to your valued order, we will not inform you and may choose to absorb the costs on our own account. We are always flexible.

9. As a general rule, add 20% or a minimum of RM4.00 for shipping & handling if delivery is by First Class Mail to an address in Malaysia. Tel: +6017-8705831 / WHATSAPP +60178705831 Do not add additional postage if the price is already quoted "Postpaid."

10. If you are located in a country other than Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei, please add 35% for shipping/postage & handling if delivery is by surface mail (3rd or 4th class mail)

11. For Air Mail delivery to any country other than Malaysia/Brunei/Singapore, please add 50% - 80% to the order amount. To know the exact shipping/Air Mail charges for delivery to your country, refer to the shipping notes in the relevant page listing the item.

12. In Malaysia, add 20% or a minimum RM4.00 to the selling price for delivery by post. Delivery is by Courier, Poslaju or Pos Ekspres if a minimum of RM6 is paid for shipping & handling. If you are in East Malaysia, please send at least RM8 for delivery by Poslaju Courier.

13. In Singapore and Brunei, add 40% or a minimum RM8.00 for Airmail. Delivery may be by Poslaju Courier if a minimum of RM43 is included as courier charges.

14. In USA, Europe, and other countries, please add 35% or a minimum of US$5.00 for surface mail (Sea Mail) or 50% or a minimum of US$7.00 - US$9.00 for Airmail.

15. For delivery by International Air Courier, please refer to the prices below.

16. We will adjust your order accordingly to any overpayment or underpayment, or we will issue you a credit or debit note, or we will issue a refund through the credit card or banking system.

17. INTERNATIONAL COURIER: If you want delivery by Poslaju International Courier, (or Skynet, UPS, FedEx or international air courier), please note that the charges may cost much more than those for Air Mail. 18. If you are in doubt about shipping, postage or anything at all, telephone or write a letter or send an e-mail to us giving details of your order and your address. 

19. Please allow at least 1-4 weeks for delivery in Malaysia, and 2-9 weeks in foreign countries due to the in-transit time of your order and the shipment itself.

20. Orders for books and similarly heavy items to all countries are shipped by 3rd or 4th class surface mail. Lighter items such as CDs and DVDs are sent by Air Mail. In some cases, shipping may be higher due to the heavier weight of the books or items. In case of doubt, please write, phone, or e-mail to us. NOTE: Any overpayment in shipping is refunded, cheerfully, as a matter of routine.

22. For Air Mail to countries in the Asia-Pacific other than Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, please add at least US$7.00 for Air Mail.

23. For Air Mail to countries in Europe and the Middle East, please add at least US$8.00 for Air Mail.

24. For Air Mail to United States, Canada, Central and South America, Africa, add at least US$9.00 for Air Mail. In some cases, the Air Mail charges may be higher than the ones sated here due to the heavier weight of the books or items.

25. INTERNATIONAL COURIER: If you want delivery by Poslaju, Skynet, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or international air courier charges, please note that the charges may cost many times more than those for Air Mail.

26. If the amount you paid for international courier delivery is insufficient, we reserve the right to send it to you by the next best method closest to the payment allowed for shipping. Typically, if the payment is not enough to pay for international courier delivery, the order will be sent by next best method, which is First Class Air Mail. If it is not enough to pay for First Class Air Mail, then it might go by Second Class Air Mail. If not, we will inform you.

27. Books are heavy and bulky items and cheap relative their weight. Some books are heavier and bulkier than others. That is why it is usual to ship them by 'Book Post' also known as 3rd Class Mail, 4th Class Mail and Printed Matter post, Surface Mail or Sea Mail.
